CWA Local 3640 joins Worker to Worker and Unite here to take on Well's Fargo

On 04/15/2026 Members from Local 3640 came together for training and to fight against Well's Fargo and their Union Busting Tactics. 

While there they attended different workshops including bias training, and saw supporting across different companies within CWA. They discussed how corporate American wants to take over and learned it is very important to support union brothers and sisters - especially since management sometimes fails to follow guidelines. A Reverend came to NC and spoke on a housing situation in upstate NY. After the training they rallied outside a Wells Fargo location where they could see Well's Fargo was trying to hide their workers because the outside cubicles by windows of branch were empty. At the end of event, They entered bank and told WF workers we were there for them, gave them the banner. On the final Day they met with other folks in need of help, attended additional workshops, and signed up to work at other events including a school teachers event.
